This notice explains what personal data raymitra.com collects, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
- What you type into a form: name, firm, city, mobile number, system size and message.
- Calculator inputs stay in your browser. They are not sent to us unless you submit the quote form.
- Cookie-free, aggregate page statistics (Plausible). No advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To reply to your demo or contact request.
- If you ask for installer quotes, to pass your name, city, number and system size to installers in your area. We ask for your consent on the form before we do this.
Your consent and your rights
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give on the form. You can withdraw it at any time. You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, and to name someone to act for you. Write to us through the contact page and we will act within 30 days.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted, unless you become a customer.
Who processes it
Our hosting provider, our email provider and our database provider (where enquiries are stored) process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.
Grievances
Contact our grievance officer through the contact page. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
