What the quote needs
Sanctioned load, average units, meter type, usable roof area and shade, entered once on site and carried into the quote.
Photos with a place
Roof, meter and bill photos are filed on the lead with the time and a GPS fix, so the office sees what the surveyor saw.
The roof on the map
The survey's roof tab lets you draw the roof on the map next to the photos, so the layout starts from the real roof.
Documents sorted
Each upload's kind is picked from its file name and caption. Aadhaar stays a masked copy: no field takes the number, and a name or caption that claims the full number holds the upload until you confirm the mask.
