Delete it in the app
- Open Raymitra and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Data & privacy.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm.
If you own a company in Raymitra, first transfer it to another member or delete the company (Settings → Data & privacy → Delete company).
Or ask us by email
Email info.raymitra@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We reply to confirm it is you, then delete the account.
What is deleted
- Your login: your email address, your password and the link to your Google account.
- Your profile: your name, phone number and language.
- Your membership of every company in Raymitra.
What is kept, and for how long
- Leads, quotes, projects and other records you added to a company stay with that company; its owner can delete them or the whole company.
- Invoices are kept for the period Indian GST law requires — 72 months from the due date of that year's annual GST return — then deleted.
If you are an installer’s customer
If an installer who uses Raymitra holds your details as their customer, ask that installer: they can erase your records in Raymitra.
